2022 Yılı Teknik Destek Programı Mart-Nisan Dönemi Başvuru Sonuçları
2022 YILI TEKNİK DESTEK PROGRAMI MART-NİSAN DÖNEMİ BAŞVURU SONUÇLARI
2022 yılı için uygulanan Teknik Destek Programı Mart-Nisan Dönemi kapsamında sunulan faaliyet önerileri için değerlendirme aşamaları tamamlanmıştır.
Teknik Destek projelerine ilişkin değerlendirme sonuçlarının Ajansın internet sitesinde yayımlanmasını müteakip en geç 01 Haziran 2022 tarihine kadar başvuru formu ve ekleri ile başvuru rehberinde belirtilen destekleyici belgelerin aslı veya onaylı suretlerinin aşağıda belirtilen adreslerden birine sunulması gerekmektedir.

Söz konusu belgelerin tamamlanması sonrasında destek almaya hak kazanan yararlanıcı kurum ve kuruluşlar ile Ajans arasında sözleşme imzalanacaktır. Sözleşmelerin imzalanma tarihi yararlanıcı kurum ve kuruluşlara ayrıca bildirilecektir. Sözleşmeye davet bildirimi sonrası listedeki başvuru sahipleri ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen sürede sözleşme imzalamak üzere Ajansa başvurmaması hâlinde destekten yararlanamayacaktır.
Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
01.06.2022 Tarihine Kadar Ajansa Sunulması Gereken Belgeler:
Başvuru formu ve ekleri olarak aşağıda belirtilen belgeler başvuru sahibi ve proje türüne göre başvuru aşamasında KAYS’a yüklenmiştir. Başvuru formu ve eklerinin bu aşamada aslı veya onaylı olarak Ajansa sunulması gerekmektedir.
- Teknik Destek Talep Formu (Ek-A)
(KAYS üzerinden indirilecek olup yetkili kişi tarafından ıslak imzalı ve paraflı şekilde sunulacaktır.)
- Danışmanlık / Eğitim Formu (Ek-B)
- Başvuru sahibinin yetkili karar organının teknik destek başvurusunda bulunmak için aldığı ve belgeleri imzalama yetkisi olan kişinin/kişilerin de belirtildiği kararın aslı (Ek-C/Örnek 1)
- Kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ve kamu kurumu niteliğindeki mesleki kuruluşlar dışında başvuruda bulunan kuruluşların (Vakıf, Dernek, Kooperatif, Birlik veya bunlara ait işletmeler vb.) tüzüğü veya kuruluş sözleşmesi, karar defterinde teknik destek programına başvuruya karar verildiğini gösterir belge
- Başvuru sahibi Kooperatif ve varsa aynı türdeki proje ortağının (ortaklarının) 5 yıl süre ile kâr dağıtımı yapmayacağını gösteren ana sözleşme veya genel kurul kararı
- Kamu kurum ve kuruluşları müstesna olmak üzere, başvuruda bulunan kuruluşun (son 3 [üç] ay içerisinde alınmış) faal olduğunu gösterir belge
- Faaliyette ortak bir kurum/kuruluş yer alıyorsa, ortak kurum/kuruluşun yetkili karar organının, ilgili teknik destek başvurusuna ortak olmak için aldığı ve belgeleri imzalama yetkisi olan kişinin/kişilerin de belirtildiği kararı (Ek-C/Örnek 2)
- Talep edilen teknik desteğin maliyetinin 25.000 TL üzerinde olması durumunda faaliyete ilişkin teknik detayları da içerecek şekilde en az üç (3) proforma fatura ya da teklif mektubu
- İhtiyaç Analizi Formu (Öncelik 1, 2, 3, 4 ve 5 için zorunludur.)
Söz konusu belgeler, “kırmızı” renkli TELLİ plastik dosya içine (belgeler kesinlikle poşet dosya içine konulmamalıdır) delinerek yerleştirilerek sunulmalıdır.
